Rules of the“miiosmile Creator”Program
The miiosmile Creator program encourages users to share their real-life experiences using the miiosmile platform and to help build an active community of dental technicians and dental labs.
We believe that genuine recommendations and examples from everyday work are most valuable to those who want to digitize their lab.
1. Organizer
The program is organized by the developer of the miiosmile360 platform.
2. Who Can Participate
Any user with an active account on the miiosmile platform can participate.
3. Program Period
The program is available as of the date of publication and remains active until it is modified or terminated, as announced by miiosmile.
4. How to Participate
To receive the reward offered under the program, the participant must:
– Post at least 3 original videos showcasing real-life experiences using the miiosmile platform;
– post the materials on one or more social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok);
– Use the following hashtags in every post:
#miiosmile360
#miiosmile
#dentallab
#dentaltechnician
– keep public videos available for a minimum of 90 days;
– fill out the form (https://tally.so/r/vGakPl) officially provided by miiosmile, in which they will enter:
the email address associated with the miiosmile account;
links to the posted videos.
Participants are encouraged to share the videos in relevant Facebook groups dedicated to dental technicians and dental laboratories, thereby contributing to the growth of the community and the exchange of experiences.
5. What kind of content are we looking for?
We want content that is authentic and useful to the community.
Examples:
– organizing orders in the lab;
– the workflow using miiosmile;
– favorite features;
– tips for other users;
– how miiosmile simplifies my daily routine;
– real-life experiences from the lab's work.
Professional filming isn't necessary. The authenticity and value of the information are more important than the equipment used to make the video.
6. Validation of Materials
All materials are reviewed by the miiosmile team before the benefit is granted.
To be approved, each video must meet all of the following requirements:
– to comply with the provisions of this regulation;
– to demonstrate the actual use of the miiosmile platform;
– The miiosmile app interface must be clearly visible enough to demonstrate the platform's actual use;
– must include the required hashtags:
#miiosmile360
#miiosmile
#dentallab
#dentaltechnician
– be public and accessible via the provided link;
– to comply with the rules of the platform on which it is published.
If one or more submissions do not meet the validation criteria, the participant will be notified and may submit other materials that comply with these rules.
7. The Reward
After a set of 3 videos is approved, the participant receives a free 30-day miiosmile PRO subscription, effective as of the date the videos are approved.
The benefit becomes active immediately upon validation and is not contingent on the start of a calendar month.
During the 30-day free trial, the participant may submit a new set of 3 videos. If these are approved, the free trial period is automatically extended by another 30 days, resulting in a continuous free trial period of up to 60 days.
After a continuous 60-day free period has expired, the participant must observe a minimum 30-day break before being able to claim a new reward through the miiosmile Creator Program.
Within a calendar year, a participant may receive up to 180 days of free miiosmile PRO subscription (equivalent to six 30-day periods).
Benefits provided under the program:
– cannot be converted into cash;
– cannot be transferred to another user;
– It is awarded exclusively to the miiosmile account associated with the email address provided in the official entry form.
8. The Right to Redistribution
By participating in the miiosmile Creator Program, the author agrees that miiosmile may distribute or redistribute the videos published on its website, blog, social media, promotional materials, and other official communication channels, crediting the author whenever possible.
9. Final Provisions
miiosmile reserves the right to reject materials that:
– fails to comply with the provisions of this regulation;
– does not describe how to use the miiosmile platform;
– contain false, offensive, or misleading information;
– infringes the copyrights or other rights of third parties.
miiosmile reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, or to suspend or terminate the miiosmile Creator Program, provided that users are notified in advance through official communication channels.
Decisions regarding the approval of materials and the granting of benefits are made exclusively by the miiosmile team.
