Each order is tracked in real-time, and tasks are automatically assigned to dental technicians based on the type of work. The system notifies users upon the completion of each stage.
What happens after the free trial period?
After the trial period expires, you can choose to continue with a monthly or annual subscription. If you do not finalize a subscription, access to the platform will be suspended, but your data will be securely stored for a limited period.
Can I access miiosmile360 from my mobile phone?
Yes, miiosmile360 is a cloud-based application and can be accessed from any internet-connected device (desktop, tablet, mobile phone). The mobile application is installed directly from the browser and is not available on the App Store or Google Play.

What file types can be uploaded to the order form?
On the order form, you can upload 3D files (stl, ply, obj), video files (mp4), and images (jpg, png). 3D file for dental restoration.
Can multiple users be added to the application?
Yes, you can add multiple users to the application and assign roles and access rights to each individual user.
